I think the RHA annual exhibition finishes this weekend so that should be worth a look anyway.
I'd love to revisit the RHA - only thing is it might be a bit busy because the exhibition finishes on Sunday. But.. if things are hectic we can stroll down to the National Gallery!
Also, maybe best to check that they are open this Sunday , the closing date mentioned somewhere, was 25th!
Great - I've never sketched there and if it is busy as Tracy says, if the sun makes an appearance we can wander over to Stephen's Green.
Nuts, it would appear you're correct. I contacted the gallery. They'll be closed from Saturday until August. Lets put this on hold so. I might head up Friday evening or Saturday at some stage.National Gallery is still an open option for Sunday.
I went to the RHA yesterday - amazing work, the standard is so high and I loved some of the drawing and sculture stuff.
Seeing as the RHA isn't an option for Sunday, what about Trinity College? If it's a nice day there's loads of stuff in the grounds to draw (including tourists) and if it's raining we could sit in a pub and draw pints!
Hehe (prays for rain)
Trinity's a good idea, so's the pub. I'm in!
