Dublin Sketchers are a loose collection who gather every Sunday afternoon in Dublin to sketch. We go to a different location each week. Check here on a Friday to see where we are off to. Come along if you fancy it! We start sketching from 2pm and meet at 4pm for a chat/coffee/drink. We are part of the global Urban Sketchers community.
On Sunday the 1st February Dublin Sketchers are going to the exhibition curated by Dorothy Cross at IMMA. It's call Trove and a collection of artefacts from IMMA, National Gallery and the National Museum.
We'll meet at 2pm at the entrance to the Dorothy Cross exhibition, which is in the annex of IMMA
Check out the details at www.imma.ie/en/page_236814.htm
From 4pm, we'll gather in the Patriot Inn, which is between IMMA and Kilmainham Gaol.
If you haven't been before keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a sketch book and come and say hello. Don't worry if you're late, most of us usually are!
