Sunday 23rd June 2019 at St Annes Park Raheny
SUNDAY 23rdJUNE 2019 –
Subject: St Anne’s Park, Raheny
On Sunday the 23rd of June Dublin Sketchers will sketch in St Anne’s Park Raheny.
( For those of you who might like to get there early, the Dublin City Farm is open until 1.00pm- interesting animals and run by volunteers)
After that, there is plenty to see – lots of little follies, roses, landscape – and if these are not your thing, you could head over to Bull Island.
The weather at the moment suggests cloudy, bit of rain but there are lots of places to shelter in.
From 4 o’clock, we will gather in Olives café at the Red Stables for coffee and a chat.
If it’s your first time out and you can’t spot anyone at 2pm, just choose something to sketch and get stuck in. Keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a sketchbook and say hello. It's a friendly crowd who you’ll get to know over a drink from 4pm. Don't worry if you're late, most of us usually are! You need to bring your own paper and pens/pencils etc.A bunch of sketchers will magically appear.
