January 18th, St. Enda's Park / Pearse Museum

On Sunday 18th January, Dublin Sketchers will sketch in St. Enda's Park in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. This beautifully maintained green space is home to the Pearse Museum (D16 Y7Y5), which offers an enthralling look into the history of 1916.

For those sketching indoors, please be mindful that space within the museum is limited. We kindly ask you to keep corridors and walkways clear and remain flexible if asked to move to accommodate other visitors. Please note that easels are not permitted indoors, and the museum closes at 4:00 PM.

Getting there:

Bus route 16 is the most direct option. Route 74 is a good alternative (followed by a 9-minute walk), depending on your starting point.

The forecast is roughly 7°C, though the wind chill will make it feel cooler, so wrap up well!

We will meet up at 4pm at The Eden House Gastro Bar, D16 WP70. The pub is a 10–14 minute walk from the museum, and a table is reserved under the name Morgan.

If it’s your first time, please come say hello—we are a friendly bunch! Just bring your own materials and look out for people with sketchbooks.

We sketch from about 2pm and then meet up around 4pm for a chat and a drink and to enjoy each other's sketches.
