Sunday 8th September - Granby Park, Dominick Street, Dublin 1

This Sunday we are going to visit the new Pop-Up Park on Dominick Street (off Parnell Street) Dublin 1.

It is called Granby Park and was featured recently on RTE News.  The website for the park is www.granbypark.com

We'll meet at 2pm at the main entrance to the Park.  We'll meet again at 4pm at the same place to go for a coffee and to enjoy looking at each other's sketchpads

Sunday 1st September - Pearse Square on Pearse Street

On Sunday 1st September we're heading for Pearse Square on Pearse Street. It's a Georgian Square with a park in the middle, and loads of great dockland architecture around it.

 

The square's pretty small, so we should all find each other!

At around four o'clock we'll head for coffee in Il Valentino Continental Bakery, 5 Gallery Quay, Grand Canal Harbour which is on the corner of Pearse Street and Grand Canal Dock. At least we know it's open til 5pm!

The weather forecast is 0% chance of rain!

The atmosphere on the streets around Powerscourt was really great. Soaking up the last rays of summer. Some folk strayed inside, while others discovered roof top perches to look down on the city

Sketching @ the Powerscourt Shopping this Sunday (the 25th) at 2pm

Hi Everyone,

this Sunday (the 25th) we will be sketching at the Powerscourt shopping center. We will meet at the South William Street entrance at 2pm. Please check the website if your not sure where it is http://www.powerscourtcentre.ie/contact-us/
