We had an interesting and enjoyable afternoon in Fegans Cafe sketching the Sketchers in action and then afterwards in the great upstairs Bar in Slatterys, Capel Street.

Sunday 15 December – M. Hughes Pub near Four Courts

This Sunday will be our last Sunday Sketching meet-up of 2019. Traditionally on this occasion we gather together in some cosy place and attempt to draw each other drawing each other.

So on Sunday we will meet in M.Hughes Pub on Chancery Place (near the Four Courts). We will begin from 2pm.

There is a sizeable space at the back of the pub which we will attempt to occupy for the afternoon. Hopefully when we’re finished sketching we can linger in the pub and enjoy a festive drink or two to celebrate another successful year of sketching.

SUNDAY 08 DECEMBER – BOTANIC GARDENS, GLASNEVIN

This Sunday 8th December Dublin Sketchers are meeting at the National Botanic Gardens. http://botanicgardens.ie/

We will begin drawing from 2pm. At 4pm we will gather at The Tolka House Pub for refreshments and a chat.

If you can’t find any
sketchers at the beginning don’t worry … and if you’re late you won’t be the only one. It’s Sunday afternoon and we’re not famous for our punctuality. Just get started and keep your eyes open for other sketchers.
