Let's get groovy with emerging musicians at The Smithfield Sessions, from the popular, jazz, classical and contemporary music genres. Let's enjoy the sounds of Dublin and to support artists as they grow their careers.

If it’s your first time out and you can’t spot anyone at 2pm, just choose something to sketch and get stuck in. Keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a sketchbook and say hello. It's a friendly crowd who you’ll get to know over a drink from 4pm at The Cobblestone.

Don't worry if you're late; most of us usually are! You need to bring your own paper and pens/pencils etc.

Let's enjoy the Halloween Harvest Display at the National Botanical Gardens: full of colourful pumpkins, gourds and fruits of different varieties, all grown and harvested in the Gardens.

We will sketch at the National Botanic Gardens from 2pm.

If you’re coming for the first time, bring your own sketching gear and get stuck in. Look out for other folks who are sketching and say hi. You’ll meet everyone in the pub.

We will meet for drinks at 4pm at the Tolka House (9a Glasnevin Hill, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, D09 VH02).

Sketches from around Howth Harbour and some also from Stephens green, and of course a few from home! Unusual getting around today due to restrictions with the Marathon.! met up in Stephens green and also worked from home.

30th October, Howth Harbour

On Sunday 30th October, Dublin Sketchers will sketch at Howth Harbour from 2pm and meet for drinks at 4pm at the Doghouse or Bloody Stream dependant on numbers.

Points of interest: Harbour boats, Claremont Beach side of Harbour, East pier, Howth Castle (10m walk), Lighthouse, Martello tower, Balscadden beach (west pier), Howth market.

The weather is a unpredicable these days but it seems promising this sunday. In case of rain, the upstairs of Findlater's pub might be an option as it offers views on the harbour. On the east pier, there are sheltered seating areas embedded in the wall. There is a restaurant and tea room with space (dog friendly) called the dog house next to the dart station.
