More sketches from Sun.11th July.

Some sketches from Sunday, plenty more subjects available to sketch, including two very fine churches and the red brick Knox Hall.
Also, lots of nearby teashops and pubs for refreshment. Would like to return again.

Fantastic work and great to see the different media used - really must take out my watercolours with me. Mary those little water brushes you have - where do they sell those? Hmm :D I think we'll be making a return visit to Monkstown anyhow - looks great.

Tracy, the water brush can be got at Reads and also the Nat.Gallery Bookshop.

Really good work from everyone, I couldn't make it on Sunday although I only live a couple of miles away; my grandson's first birthday party took priority. Sorry to miss the exhibition Mary, did it go well?

Thanks Pat, the Exhib. is a yearly 4 day event and the sales went quite well, considering the Times!
I saw some excellent pen and ink sketches there which had many sales, and its nice to see drawing coming back!
