This Sunday 19 May, Dublin Sketchers will sketch in the Harold's Cross area from 2PM.
Meet for drinks at McGowan's beside Harold's Cross park (South end) around 4pm.
We'll be celebrating the Harold's Cross Festival. There'll be music in the park and all sorts of activities. Check out the festival program. And don't forget to come and see our exhibition at the Rosary Church Pastoral Centre. We've been exploring Harold's Cross over the last few months, and we've sketched everything! (The exhibition will be officially opened by Ellen Cranitch of Lyric Fm on Friday evening 6pm).
If it’s your first time out and you can’t spot anyone at 2PM just chose
something to sketch and get stuck in. Keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a
sketchbook and say hello. It’s a friendly crowd who you’ll get to know over a
drink from 4PM. Don’t worry if you’re late, most of us usually are! You need to
bring your own paper and pens/pencils etc.
