Dublin Sketchers get together every Sunday afternoon in Dublin to sketch. We go to a different place each week. Check here before hand to see where we are off to. Come along if you fancy it! We start sketching from 2pm and meet at 4pm for a drink and chat. We are part of the global Urban Sketchers community.
Sunday 27 October - Bram Stoker Festival at St Patrick's cathedral park
Stokerland (Bram Stoker Halloween Festival) at St Patrick's Park, Dublin.
An opportunity to sketch gothic style costumes and a Victorian style carousel with St Patrick's cathedral in the background.
The Dublin City Marathon takes place rhe same day so make allowance for getting there.
Meet 4PM. close by at the Radisson Blu hotel bar, Golden Lane for coffee and drinks.

Sun 20 Oct - Middle Abbey / Liffey Street
Dublin Sketchers on Sunday 20th October will sketch from 2pm on Liffey Street Lower between Middle Abbey Street and the Halfpenny Bridge.
The street is partly pedestrianised and a busy area on Sundays. The boardwalk down by the river is interesting too.
Meet 4PM at Hotel Motel One, on the corner of Middle Abbey Street and Liffey Street Upper for a coffee/drink and to check out each other's sketches.
As we sketch through the flu season, please think twice about coming sketching if you have symptoms.
Welcome to anyone coming along for the first time. Bring your own sketching materials, pick something that you want to draw and get stuck in. Say "Hi" to anyone else who's sketching and meet everyone in the hotel.
