Dublin Sketchers get together every Sunday afternoon in Dublin to sketch. We go to a different place each week. Check here before hand to see where we are off to. Come along if you fancy it! We start sketching from 2pm and meet at 4pm for a drink and chat. We are part of the global Urban Sketchers community.

On Sunday 13th August we will be sketching from 2pm around Smithfield, looks like a fun event celebrating the music of Luke Kelly.
If you don’t see any of the sketchers around, you’ll find us in The Cobblestone pub from 4 where we will meet for a chat and share our work.
If it’s your first time, bring your own sketchbook and materials and have fun. All welcome, hope to see you there!

On Sunday 6th August we will be sketching from 2pm around Powerscourt Townhouse Centre (near Grafton St). There’s plenty to draw inside and outside, weather permitting.
If you don’t see any of the sketchers around, you’ll find everyone in the pub from 4, in Farrier and Draper in the same building for a chat and to share our work.

On Sunday 30th July we will now be sketching along Francis Street, close to the liberties. This famous street in the Dublin Libirties was recently refurbished and has plenty of attractive cafes, and pubs with outdoor seating to sketch from. We will sketch from 2pm and meet from 4pm in The Liberty Belle Pub.
If its your first time out, bring your own sketchbook / paper and sketching implements of choice and get stuck in. If you don't see any sketchers out on the street, you'll find everyone in the pub from 4pm, where we will check out each other's work.
