How about the Hugh Lane gallery? Lots to sketch, it's accessible and it has a nice coffee shop.
How about somewhere with a big open fire place? we don't have a fire place museum hidden away in Dublin anywhere do we? p.s. I'm cold!
I'd prefer the Bleeding Horse, as I've never been inside before, and it would make a change to just sit and draw, rather than trying to find something to draw, and its not so long since we've been to the Hugh Lane. But, whatever the majority decides...
Or, yes, a pub with a fireplace :)
Bleeding Horse sounds good.
Yep Bleeding Horse sounds good.
Anyone knows a pub with a big Fire place?! :)Actually B.H. a nice pub and I haven't been in so why not.
How about the Lord Edward in Christchurch Place, they have an open fire in the Lounge in Winter!http://www.lordedward.ie/tblounge.htmI may not be able to make it yet though. Enjoy the day, but look out for ice on the hill!
Here is another one, Jack Nealons, 156 Capel St. D.1. They also have an open fire.http://jacknealonspub.com/Home.htmlCheers!
I love Nealons but it's a little bit dark.. perfect for every pub situation except perhaps sketching!! But they do some seriously good hot whiskeys :D
Now, thats not such a bad thing, Tracy, enjoy your day, all!
