Sunday May 3rd – ‘I must go down to the sea again’…

This Sunday May 3rd 2020, we will be sketching from the safety of our own homes.
Sketching will start at approximately 2pm and finish at 4pm.

Just to the north of Dublin city lies the beautiful peninsula of Howth with its fishing village and views of Ireland’s Eye and Lambay islands to the north and Dublin bay and the mountains of Wicklow to the south. There is so much to see and to sketch here.

Using Google maps and/or Google Earth you can traverse the landscape, dropping off at the harbour to sketch a fishing trawler and a lighthouse or the village of Howth itself. It is up to you!

We will meet at 4pm on Zoom. We will check out each other's sketches. Bring your own refreshments.
If you would like to join the Zoom meet up, here's the information.
