Sunday 31st @ Collins Barracks 2pm

Happy Friday everyone, though looking outside it is a bit dreary and dull. Ideally I think we'd all like to be tucked up by a nice warm fire, but that will have to wait!

This Sunday we will head for the Collins Barracks and the National Museum of Ireland, with its many permanent exhibitions including Eileen Gray's, along with its temporary exibition the Irish High Crosses.

Meet up at 2pm inside the main entrance (left of the courtyard) and meet again at 4pm in the cafe across the courtyard!

Everyone welcome of course - it is easily accessible on the Red Luas Line - Museum Stop.

I personally can't make it this week - up to my eyeballs in college things but look forward to getting back out in mid December!

Enjoy the weekend,

Tracy

I really enjoyed Collins Barracks, Tracy. I have been there before, but never realised there is such a vast array of very interesting subjects. Looking forward to another visit before long! Also, plenty of stools available to rest on while sketching.

The sketches are being put up soon.
