Hello
Sketchers,
This
Sunday, the 3.7.16, we stay in the City. We'll explore Templebar! The weather
forecast is ... no rain on Sunday.
The main
focus is the PhotoIreland Festival... therefore let's meet at The Library
Project (address: 4 Temple Bar, Dublin 2); have a look and sketch
there or in the vicinity...
We meet
at 2pm at the exhibition and then draw/paint for a couple of hours before
meeting again at 4pm for a coffee and to look at each other's work.
For the
coffee-time we'll meet in the spacious Fitzsimons Temple Bar. (Preferably we'll
be somewhere on the ground floor, but could be we go up a level... to find
space to sit down.) address:
corner of Essex Street and Eustace Street.
We are an informal gathering who meet every Sunday to share our love of
sketching. We have fun exploring interesting places and events around Dublin.
We always visit places that are free of charge and accessible by public
transport (You're welcome to suggest a location yourself if you want). We
normally meet at 2pm and then draw/paint for a couple of hours before meeting
again at 4pm for a coffee and to look at each other's work.
Locations are also posted weekly on dublinsketchers.com and also on our Facebook page
"Dublin Sketchers."
New people come along almost every week so don't be shy about
introducing yourself. It's a nice friendly gathering and you'll get know
us over coffee. Just have a sketch pad in your hand at 2pm and we'll spot
you! (You need to bring your own drawing materials)
Looking forward to seeing you at the weekend or in the near future.
