This Sunday, Dublin Sketchers are meeting at the National Gallery of Ireland, Merion
Square, Dublin 2.
Large parts of the National Gallery have been off limits
for several years due to extensive renovations … and have been sorely missed by
Dublin Sketchers. The Gallery has now fully re-opened and we’re looking forward
to reacquainting ourselves with its many treasures.
As usual we will
begin 2pm. Since it’s
mid-summer, we’ll suggest two options for coffee
at 4pm, one indoor and one outdoor.
Option One: The Gallery Café (grab the big table in
the middle if you can)
Option Two:
Get a take-away coffee from Insomnia (Lincoln Place) and gather beside the
cricket field in Trinity College.
Keep an eye on WhatsApp to see what we decide. (If you’d like to join our WhatsApp Group,
just reply to this email with your phone number and we’ll add you.)
If you haven't been before, keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a
sketchbook and come and say hello. Don’t worry if you’re late, lots of us
usually are.
Dublin Sketcher’s is FREE – just bring your own drawing materials.
Hope to see you there!
