Subject: Sunday 31st August - Dundrum
On Sunday 31st August, Dublin Sketchers will sketch around Dundrum from 2pm and meet for drinks at 4pm in Brickyard Gastropub.
In the red carpark of the shopping centre, there is an event on called Supercar weekend wihch will have over 100 cars including vintage cars, 20 ferraris and a formula 1 car. Information on the event can be found here https://www.dundrum.ie/events/super-car-weekend-2025
As well as the above event, there are interesting spots to draw around the town.
If it’s your first time out and you can’t spot anyone at 2pm, just choose something to sketch and get stuck in. Keep your eyes open for anyone carrying a sketchbook and say hello. It's a friendly crowd who you’ll get to know over a drink from 4pm. Don't worry if you're late, most of us usually are! You need to bring your own paper and pens/pencils etc
From 4pm, we'll gather for a drink and to enjoy each other’s sketches at Brickyard Gastropub. A bunch ofsketchers will magically appear.
