On Sunday 28th December, Dublin Sketchers will sketch at Echlin Street Dublin. Just beside St James Church on James Street.
This was the entrance to Grand Canal harbour a historic place famed as the hub of Guinness transport all over Ireland and the world. Explore Grand Canal Place, Market St, Sugar house lane, and Robert St. you can sketch Industrial scenes reminiscent of Guinness in the 1850’s
For those not interested in industrial scenes, check out Roes Distillery, Lyon’s Distillery, St James Church and Parochial Hall, and the Post office all within 3 minutes of the intersection with James St.

We will meet at 4 pm at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery, a huge gastro bar. About 3 minutes away.
If it's your first time keep your eyes open for other sketchers and say hello - we are a friendly bunch.
You need to bring your own sketching materials. We sketch from about 2pm and then meet up around 4pm for a chat and a drink and to enjoy each others sketches.
