This is a copy after a picture by Mary Swanzy which always appeals to me each time I've seen it. It is of rooftops in Czechoslovakia. This quick sketch is an attempt to understand it a bit better compositionally, the curving lines of the rooves, etc.
Dublin Sketchers get together every Sunday afternoon in Dublin to sketch. We go to a different place each week. Check here before hand to see where we are off to. Come along if you fancy it!
